Mark 10:14-16 says:
Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it. And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.
The world is not an easy place for children.
Many are starving.
Many are abused.
Many are living in broken homes.
Many are bullied.
Many are teased.
Many are scared.
Take time today to pray for children. Pray for them to be loved. Pray for them to be safe. Pray for them to encounter others who will tell them about Jesus — our Savior who takes them in his arms and loves them unconditionally.
