Eric and Corinn Eckert launched Hands and Feet Marketing on July 31, 2012. They felt called by God to use the talents He gave them to help churches and church leaders rethink and refresh their marketing efforts.
The Eckerts have been married since 2000. They live in Temple, Texas, and have three sons who keep them very busy — mostly on the baseball fields. They are crazy about the St. Louis Cardinals but often break bread with Texas Rangers fans. The Eckerts are active members of First Baptist Church of Temple, Texas.
Eric, a St. Louis native, is the co-owner and chief marketing consultant for Hands and Feet Marketing. He is a St. Louis native. Eric graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, with a bachelor’s degree in communications-journalism. He worked as an editor and newspaper reporter for several years before landing a public relations job at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. While at Missouri State, Eric completed his master’s degree in English-creative writing. He has worked in higher education marketing and PR for many years, including three years in the Missouri State University Graduate College, where he served as the coordinator for admissions and recruitment. In 2011, God moved Eric and his family to Texas just in time to experience one of the worst droughts in history. Eric is blessed to work in the Marketing Communications office at Baylor University. He was saved in 1995 but rededicated his life to Christ in January 2000, shortly after meeting Corinn. He was raised in the Catholic Church but was later baptized into the Baptist Church in 2001. He has served the local church as a high school Sunday School teacher, adult small group leader, marketing/PR coordinator for various events, and as a deacon. He and Corinn lead a Life Group at their church, First Baptist Church of Temple, Texas.

Corinn, an Illinois native, serves as co-owner and business mastermind for Hands and Feet Marketing. Corinn graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, with a bachelor’s degree in missions and a minor in music. She was saved at the age of five and grew up in the Baptist church, where her father and grandfather served as deacons. She spent much of her early life in small Baptist churches and has experienced the ins and outs, ups and downs, blessings and heartaches involved in small-church life. Since college, she has been a member of larger congregations. She has served the local church in many ways — preschool Sunday School teacher, junior high Sunday School teacher, and children’s choir coordinator. She is the administrator (the really organized one) of Hands and Feet Marketing.
