If you do it well, then keep doing it.

Build on your God-given strengths.

The Bible tells us that we are each blessed with gifts. Therefore, each church has its own team and its own strengths.

Just because the “church down the street” is doing something well and reaching people, it doesn’t mean you have to drop what you’re doing well and jump into something that’s foreign to you.

Church marketing doesn’t have to be about the latest technology wave and spending thousands upon thousands of extra dollars. It’s not a competition among Christian churches.

If you have an incredible children’s ministry and young families are flocking to your church because their kids are learning about Jesus, then keep investing time and resources in your children.

If you have a strong intercessory prayer team and you’re seeing miracles happen when these people hit their knees, then hit the streets and tell people you’d like to pray for them.

If you offer a sports camp for kids and you have found increased interest each year and kids are being saved, add another week or open more slots.

If you have an outreach to addicts and people are coming because your church is the blessing they’ve been praying for, then keep building in that area.

What does your church do well?

God has given you strengths as a church. Use them to build His kingdom.
